Today in school was a normal day, technically no diff from any of the days last year....

fun still now trying to stay clean and also got to sit with alex. which i suppose it would be tougher to stay clean though. isn't that right alex?

haha. well i hav just made some reflection about a scenario and so

i m going to tell u a story...

plz if u find it boring don read.

In a company, there is the the board of directors, CEO n his manager...

every year, this company never fails to set up a booth at the job fair.

thus all the managers n his subordinates are anxious about it.

however it was already getting so close to the fair. everyday, all the managers are worried whether will they be included in the fair. as days passes by, no news was recieved. not even a single instruction was pass down...

well most of the managers feel that they hav lost their power... but why is that so? they are already considered one of the most experience ones.

Sometimes it is easier to write down than to voice out their thoughts to the CEOs, afraid they will be rejected right in the face. so why is it? all the managers are wondering to where their right has gone to. even a more senior manager had been told off and punished right in front of their subordinates. technically where has the face of all the managers go to?

pls this story is not meant to shoot at anyone. just the this manager had talk to me about this frustration some time ago..
